These 2 attached screen shots are from Outlook 2010. To access a public folder (like Company Contacts) in Outlook do the following:
- On the Outlook Email screen look toward the bottom of the left hand column for the icon that looks like a file folder. This is indicated by an arrow and circle on the first screen.
- On the next screen scroll down to the bottom of your folder list and you will see PUBLIC FOLDERS. Click on this and under this listing click on ALL PUBLIC FOLDERS. Beneath this RIGHT click on the desired public folder - in this case COMPANY CONTACTS. In the pop-up menu click on ADD TO FAVORITES
You can now go to your CONTACTS screen and you will see both your personal contacts and the company contacts.
